Springtime Mount Tamalpais Sunset Engagement Session » Mill Valley, California

Early March on Mount Tamalpais delivers everything you could ask for: wildflowers, clear skies, and air so crisp you can see the Farallon Islands floating on the Pacific horizon. Janice and Alex's engagement session started in the redwood groves along Bolinas-Fairfax Road, where filtered light created pockets of magic beneath the ancient trees. We then headed over a pull off along West Ridgecrest Boulevard, where rolling green hills stretched toward Bolinas and the real show began. As the sun dropped lower, golden light washed over the landscape, turning everything warm and soft in those final minutes before sunset. I've been hiking Mount Tam for a decade, and sharing these views with couples who appreciate them never gets old.
